I did an initial reservation for one night, then I decided to stay a second night and I did a separate reservation. when I checked in at the hotel, I told them about the two reservations. the frontdesk person said that it was ok to stay on the same room. I assumed that this statement would take care of everything, but I was wrong. when we came back to the room the next day, the key didn't work and they told us that the "system" checked us out. even worse the room was not cleaned. the person at the frontdesk that night had a terrible attitude and gave us all kinds of excuses, the next day the same frontdesk person was there and when I complained, she gave us a different set of excuses. the hotel was ok, but customer service was awful. there was no accountability at all for their mistake. I will not come back again.
