“Das Hotel ist seit Jahren heruntergewirtschaftet und wird nur noch als Restaurant mit großem Garten am See betrieben. Es sollte nicht in einem Buchungsportal angeboten werden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nach 1 Nacht abgebrochen. ”

“This property is located up a steep rocky/dirt road. Once you get there, the view of Homa Bay is wonderful! We were disappointed that in their listing it stated that they had Wi-Fi all over the property. In reality, there wasn't Wi-Fi anywhere. As it turned out there really wasn't Wi-Fi anywhere in Homa Bay. Our room was quite noisy as the outdoor kitchen was below our window. There was banging and activity going on day and night. Despite all of this, the staff was wonderful! They were helpful……

“It was mostly quiet except for a group that had to leave early. Water wasn't always hot. Generator was pretty loud when the power was off. But I felt safe and the room was clean and staff was helpful. ”

“My room was cancelled after being on the plane 23 hours I get there and they tell me my room was canceled and I don’t how that was possible! So I would a refund because I paid for it thanks!”

“For the village, the accommodation is not too bad however the lighting in the room was poor and the door to the bathroom was broken. For 60$ it’s not value for money. It’s more like a 30$ place. Positives were the staff who were very kind and went above and beyond. Their food was also really good! Good breakfast totally worth it but I would not stay here again”

“The guest arrived at the hotel and was informed that they did not have the reservation and they were already sold out. We had to make alternative arrangements for the guest to be hosted at a nearby hotel called Itibo Resort. The experience was very terrible and regrettable in view of the executive that was being hosted and the inconvenience caused.”
