“Stayed for a few days to combine a mini vacation while visiting family in the area. Very relaxing vibe looking out on the river/lake. We had some family over for a BBQ and it was a good setup for that. Kitchen had the basics. A few maintenance issues but hosts were communicative. I enjoyed the few days of R&R. I am familiar with the area but North Liberty has grown a lot and has a lot to offer nearby, or it's a short trip to Iowa City. ”

“Well-kept older property but nicely set up for guests and very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked, though we didn't end up cooking there. My only issue was the lack of instructions from the owner (e.g., tv was complicated but no instructions), and we didn't know if there were things we were to do before checking out).”

“The complimentary breakfast needs some improvements. Coffee was very weak. Eggs and hashbrowns had no flavor.”

“You can tell the owners care about the property. It's an old facility, but taken care of. Aside from the sticky floor, our room was clean & comfortable. The pool was perfect for my 7 year old & never anyone else in it. We didn't get down for breakfast before 9am most days, but there seemed to be a nice variety. Lots of shopping & dining supper close by. Try Granite City for a meal - yum! Definitely would stay here again, for the money savings vs other options. ”
