“We came to Pottsville for Yeungling and Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, and The Carol Century House couldn't have been more perfect. The house was charming, and that part of the street was pretty quiet. It was 12 blocks from Yeungling and a few more from a variety of restaurants. There were two streets parallel that had gorgeous houses. It was a perfect neighborhood for walking our dog. The house itself was adorable. Very clean and very nicely remodeled (in fact, I want that master bath in my house!).……

The man cave lives up to its name-- we spent a good deal of the weekend playing pool, darts, and card games, used the grill, and were just a few blocks off from some great food and liquor stores. I'd imagine any sort of group would enjoy coming here, though, given other advantages like access to trails and monuments in historic PA. “The property was as described in listing. It was clean and had beds made with linens and towels folded and waiting for us. The area is beautiful without another house in sight once you arrive at front porch. We only stayed one night for our Koebel's trip, but it was very relaxing and quiet for the night. It is a 15 min trip to the amusement park which was great for us. We were able to slow down after a busy day and it was great to be able to heat up some food after we realized we were starving.……
