The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. ✅ This cabin is part of a beautiful natural setting such that wildlife, including bears, snakes, and spiders, may make their presence known. We require that guests not leave any food unattended outside and that all trash is bagged and placed securely in metal cans within a bear-proof enclosure.
