“It was clean and tidy and had all we needed. Only issues was a lot of the electrical plugs weren’t working to charge any devices and were loose. Highly recommend otherwise. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see and felt safe ”

“Owner was very nice and the place was very clean and spacious. Cool loft vibe with high ceilings. Walking distance to Tom Lee Park. However, my friend got her car stolen while parked on the street out front. Police said there had been some cars broken into in the area in the past. ”

“The home was exactly as advertised. Daphne was the most responsive host we have ever worked with. I contacted her with several questions and she usually responded within 15 minutes. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. The pool table was nice and we used it a lot. The home is close to the freeway which was a concern to me as I am a light sleeper. My concern was unfounded as once inside the home you do not hear the passing vehicles other than an occasional rumble……

“Its a cozy spot. Plenty of space inside. Not far from highway easy to miss.The directions were simple The parking is limited next to the building but garage is close. Unknown if evevator but secure location. ”

“House was clean, furnished well, great beds and pillows. We enjoyed each night at this rental. Encourage anyone to stay here as you are within 15 minutes of everything in Memphis.”

“This is right off a freeway that has become a highway. The benefit of this is an easy turn at a stoplight. The house is great, and its description is thorough enough that I don't have to add my own. I loved the front porch. My (adult) kids were impressed with the cots and extra bedding. There is already beds for 5 without the cots.”
