“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“We needed a home base for 20 people, which consisted of adult children and spouses for our parents 60th wedding anniversary. We used this wonderful home for sleeping but a few also took advantage of the pickleball courts. Lovely trails and the views of the incredible Heber Valley with Deer Creek and Mount Timpanogos looking down at us in all her splendor. Beautiful…only wish we had had more time.Home was clean and communications with host were responsive and easy. Thank you!”
