"Great stay and great customer service from check in to check out. My family and I will definitely be back! We had a room right off the elevators and it was very noisy. I wish I would have requested to change rooms but we had already settled in. I won’t make this mistake next time."

"It was downtown near the concert venue I was attending. The Aztec theatre and the Crocket hotel are both historic building in downtown San Antonio which added to the whole experience."
