“Great hotel Safe spacious clean and nice breakfast ”

“A propriedade fica em uma boa localização na cidade, fácil acesso a diversos restaurantes e loja e ao centro histórico! O atendimento é muito bom, as pessoas são todas muito atenciosas! Em geral os quartos são bem confortáveis! Minha única reclamação é que o banheiro poderia ter um pouco mais de ventilação, mas pode ser que seja um problema do quarto que fiquei. Fora isso, tudo foi ótimo!”

“The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. Coca tea by coca leaves is provided for the whole day to help you to deal with altitude sickness and oxygen bottle also provided for free if needed. Excellent and unforgettable stay.”

“Good hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell. Other than that, everything was great……
