“The property was inexpensive. The bathroom and bed linens appeared and smelled clean. The property is old and falling apart. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close as it set crooked in the door frame, cracks and missing plaster on the walls and ceiling. Dripping tub faucet. Outside condition of the building was shabby with rusting beams, cracking and deteriorating plaster and no landscaping whatsoever. If you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep this is okay.”

“Overall this is a great place and very convenient for going to Shenandoah. The only aspect where I thought things were lacking was the cleaning, as there was a bag of trash left hanging from the door and there was no shampoo. I didn’t discover the missing shampoo until it was too late to do anything about it, which was unfortunate because I really wanted to wash my hair.”

“It’s a roadside motel. Extremely cheap. For the price- it was excellent. Beds comfortable enough. Not enough towels. No toiletries besides soap. NO COFFEE MAKER. That was strange. BUT the room was big and had fridge and microwave. Overall very happy. ”

“My husband and I stayed at Tim’s cottage in middleburg for one night to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Tim had left a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake for us since he knew it was our anniversary, which was an incredibly thoughtful and kind gesture. The cottage was clean, cute and cozy and the location was incredibly convenient to wineries, breweries and downtown Middleburg. It was truly a staycation to remember!”

“I could have sat on the porch our whole boss and watches the river and the mountain. I heard or saw 56 species of birds. Ther are wonderful fireplaces I side and out. The cabin's interior is clean, modern, and nicely furnished. 2e couldn't have hoped for more!”
