The location is perfect if you are visiting Ball State and not too far away from the restaurants and stores. We came for graduation weekend and were happy to come back to a comfortable place after a long day of celebrating. “We needed a central location to host our adult kids and their partners for Christmas near extended family in the area. The place was just as advertised, beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped for cooking our holiday meals, and we felt right at home. Close to great restaurants and shopping too. One of the best things was how responsive the property managers were even on a holiday. Ruoff was close enough for our group to walk to, and we’re considering a return trip this summer! ”
