“The property is lovely and very new. It's so new that a few basics were missing (all no big deal but would be helpful), such as more towel hooks/bars in the bathrooms and facial tissue and shampoo in each bathroom. Area rugs would help both bare feet and acoustics. All small stuff; overall, it's a stunning, super-clean place in the perfect location for our time at the CIA in Hyde Park. John (owner) was kind and patient with requests and questions. ”

“My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. The home and yard are beautiful, everything was clean and well appointed. We had an issue with the hot tub when we arrived and Ben called to walk us through the process of getting it back on, and sent a technician out to ensure everything was running properly. Check in and out was very easy. Would recommend a stay here! ”

“Celebrated my son’s HS graduation with my father-in-law along for the adventure, Joe’s townhouse is super convenient to Thayer Gate and eating establishments along Main St. Grill worked well and the beds made for sound slumber. For mixed company an extra half bath might be desired, but 3 guys who know each other well managed just fine. The basement washer & dryer are top of line.”

“The proximity to Westpoint was great. Trashy neighborhood. Very loud construction early in the morning. The cooking supplies were limited and one of the handles on the pans fell off while we were there. It was okay, but probably wouldn't return.”
