不满意：清洁度
The property is nice and in a good location. Unfortunately the apartment was filthy. I had to wash the pillow cases and towels. We couldn't even sleep in the beds as the sheets hadn't been washed. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and we all refused to use the shower because it was gross. I am uploading pictures of hair that was taken out of the sink and shower. There was dog hair all over the edges of the walls. Even the dustpan still had debris in it. This is considering that a cleaning fee is charged and the apartment wasn't clean.
