“Great location, nice and friendly staff, clean and quiet environment. The hotel is almost new, everything is good so far except for the bed box is broken which will force you to sleep on one side of the bed. One more thing, there is no sound proof, you might hear noises from other rooms. Overall good stay for the price. Great access to U Metro, only 2 stops from Istanbul airport.”

“Overall Radisson Residence is a very convenient option for family stay. Rooms are well equipped, staff is competent and friendly, very responsive. Overall cleanness is good. Something to improve: In our room we had shower system and drainage issues ( partly resolved after hotel tech visit). I requested quiet room ( travelled with elderly parents on medical visit) but the room was in front of staff storage room, overlooking the heavy traffic highway, plus the heating and conditioning system……

“الفندق يقع في مكان جميل. تشعر أنك في وسط كل شيء. تقسيم وغالاتابورت على بعد خمس دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام. كانت غرفتنا دافئة ومريحة وواسعة. الإنترنت يعمل بدون مشاكل وموظفوه أشخاص نظيفون. اللوبي في الفندق له جو جميل. هذا فندق عائلي، الأشخاص المقيمون هنا مميزون مثل الفندق نفسه. كأنك داخل فيلم تاريخي. سأوجه عائلتي بالكامل إلى هذا الفندق الجميل، فندق هؤلاء الناس الرائعين”

“The location is quiet and convenient. Walking distance to Taksim Square and airport shuttle station. Staff is nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, but the toilet/bathroom lacks hangers or space to place the clothes. Some facilities (e.g. electric water pot) are old and need replacement. There is no lift, and carrying heavy baggages to the upper floor is a challenge. Overall, the accommodation experience in this hotel is very good.”
