“Overall a lovely property with nice service people. The front desk and the ease of information could certainly be improved. The game drive was slated for 10 people max, and we were brought to the truck already full and asked to pile in. 14 people in the truck, this was my least favorite activity as although we saw some animals you can see much more in other places.
I was charged by Expedia for an extra person. The activities needed to be paid separately ($25 per adult and half for children).……
