“Suite a un malentendu sur la réservation de la chambre (non disponible), les gerants on repondu avec calme et honnêteté. Ils nous ont quand même proposé une autre chambre en adequation avec nos attentes, malheureusement ça nous convenais pas (pas de frigo) et nous avons du trouver ailleurs. Cependant, l'hôtel et nous meme n’etant pas responsable de ce désagrément, ils ont pris le temps de repondre a toutes nos questions et nous aiguiller sur le remboursement de la chambre.”

“We had an excellent stay at Les Secrets des Loges in Calais. The room was very clean with coffee and tea making facilities, bottled water, toiletrees and very comfy bed. Laurent and Nathalie were so friendly and welcomed us into their guest house, which is also their home with great warmth and kindness. “We stay at this hotel a few times a year as a midway stop off. It has really nice staff, many speak english but even the staff who don't are friendly and we find a way to communicate. It is always nipping clean, nice towels and linens. It does breakfast and dinner as extras and it always looks smashing😊 Has free secure parking.”
