We recently stayed at this resort, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The food was relatively good and varied, but the restaurant schedule wasn’t ideal for those going on excursions—breakfast only starts at 7:30 AM, which is inconvenient when you need to leave by 8 AM, and dinner at 7:30 PM felt a bit late for those wanting to eat earlier.
The resort itself was beautiful, and the Hammam experience was definitely a highlight. The reception staff was kind and welcoming. However, the biggest downside was the poor sound insulation in the rooms. We could clearly hear conversations and noise from the rooms above, which made it difficult to sleep. Even after changing rooms, the issue remained the same.
If you're planning to wake up early for activities, this could be a major problem. But if your goal is to relax by the pool all day and sleep in, it might not bother you as much. Unfortunately, for a resort that claims to be five-star luxury, the lack of proper soundproofing was disappointing and significantly impacted our stay.
