Great Resort! Very welcoming staff and great hospitality!!! From the pool guy Said / the luggagiste guy Youssef, they went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service!!! This resort have Great food options for breakfast/ lunch / dinner ! Even gluten free options !! I would like to commend Jamal who works at the moroccan restuarant/ breakfast bar- he demosrates world class customer service , my daughter who has gluten intolerance ,but Jamal went above and beyond in breakfast / dinner to make sure she has food options gluten free to choose from pasta / toast/ …my daughter and I were very impressed by Jamal world class customer service!!! Please pass along this compliment to Jamal/ Reda/Morad/ Said/ Youssef and the rest of your staff, they are truly great assets to your company and they demonstrate world class customer service !!! Not a 4 star hotel. Food is mediocre and repetitive. Speciality restaurants were ok and self serve. The staff is very friendly. Drinks were the worst I’ve ever had at an all inclusive so I stuck to wine. First room I was given had no usb ports and the phone cord was cut. Front desk moved me to a different room. The new room had dead ants on the bed. The pool is nice but water was COLD. Entertainment by the pool and at night. No small wash clothes so bring your own if you require it. Didn’t use it but there is a shuttle to the square that you must reserve.

Nous étions une famille de 4, incluant un enfant de deux ans et l’autre de 7 ans. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre expérience, les buffets très bien, le restaurant marocain génial, le bar dans le lobby super pour l’apéro. La piscine etait fraîche à l’extérieur, plus chaude à l’intérieur. Personnel gentil et attentionné. La navette menant à l médina très pratique, sinon le transport en taxi tout simple et à bon prix. Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci pour le séjour.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Riu Tikida Palmeraie specially the staff at the restaurant they very nice and welcome. The hotel have indoor and outdoor swimming pool for kids we went beginning of April and the temperature bit cold to swimming outdoor having indoor swimming pool very good options for us.

Staff is really friendly and respectfull, The Hotel in other hands needs more attention, the food quality was not good, employees touching everything with the same hands they served the food an without gloves, also they have “Two Restaurants” but they serve the same thing in the total of three restaurants they have everyday, they food stops at 10PM so if you hungry after that you have to wait till 7:30 next day, so no late night snacks available. At nights make sure you dont turn off the light because it is a bunch of small rouches that comes out after. Also there is no air conditioner in the rooms, it has a fan, that is your air conditioner right there.

Lovely stay at hotel, the amenities are great and the good was fantastic lots of selection. The staff are friendly. Only issue was maintenance in our room, issues with wifi and outlets not working and not being repaired.

It was in general a very pleasant stay. I especially liked how beautiful hotel grounds are and how helpful and attentive the staff was . Rooms are large and well appointed. Cleaning of rooms and around hotel is superb. Food was generally good with decent variety . We loved paella and fresh bread. On the opposite side beef was always tough and overcooked, Italian restaurant needs to look at serving made to order paste dishes rather than pre-cooked dry pasta mixed in bulk with blunt source. Some maintenance is needed around the hotel - our room for example had all numbers worn from temperature control dial and peeling pain on terrace. Pool staff does not fix umbrellas properly in the shaft - more than once we saw flying umbrellas and it just was not tightened properly . Free shuttle bus to city was what influenced our hotel choice, it was so convenient. SPA was ok - but therapists does not seem to be very experienced. I was unpleasantly surprised that hammam had men and women in one room.

Love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and efficient. The grounds are beautiful and so well tended. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are a few signs of wear and tear and some maintenance issues but nothing that spoils a great stay. Food choice in the buffets is great and freshly prepared. This was our second visit and we would happily return.

C’est globalement un bon club avec tous les services nécessaires. L’équipe d’animation était un peu décevante pour certaines activités en tant qu’adultes comme le stretching et la zumba, c’était léger et manquait de punch. La diversité du buffet principal pourrait être améliorée. Pas de baignoire ou possibilités alternatives pour les bébés. Les chaises hautes sont néanmoins très appréciables.

Place is nice and staff is accommodating. Bar shuts down at midnight so don’t plan any celebrations after that time on the resort. Easy to get to and from the resort but it’s an automatic up charge for taxis as well as even higher at night. The outdoor pool is not heated and was extremely cold. Pools shut around 6-7 between the indoor and outdoor. The kids club is 4.5 hours split into 2 times, this also goes for entertainment at the pool. The food is decent. They will exchange money for you. The bar staff was very friendly. You will see a lot of people playing games as that’s all there really is to do majority of the day here. At 9-9:30 the entertainment team will put on shows until around midnight. The spa was great and very well priced. Overall I would not return due to the lack of things to do but the place was nice. Had an incident where a women came out of her room to yell at us we were talking to loud while looking for our room key with our daughter. She was extremely rude as well as her husband. I went to the office and practically had to beg them to come address this couple and they did come to say something. I would say there is a lot of entitlement with the visitors at this resort. Smoking where they shouldn’t be. Lack of manners. But again these are the visitors not the staff.

Very limited food options, poor quality drinks (the cheapest of the cheapest), swimming pool sunbeds booked at 07:00AM alteady and it was low sesion (staff wouldn’t mind), it’s in the middle of nowhere The building itself was big and the bar staff was very helpful

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le personnel est accueillant et souriant. La nourriture est bonne mais sans plus, ne vous attendez pas à manger des choses d'exceptions mais ça fait l'affaire quand on a pas le temps/envie d'aller sortir manger. La navette gratuite est vraiment un plus.
