The air conditioning barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable. The washroom was in poor condition—unclean and poorly maintained. I’ve never stayed somewhere this bad. Definitely would not recommend.

Je savait que c’etait un logement pas tres cher, mais les chambres son viellots, la propreté est a revoir, c'est tres vétuste. Dans la chambre que j’avais le salon tout était cassé, sur le canapé il y avait des traces de fluides humains (je vous épargne le terme) vraiment horrible a tel point que j’ai dormi sur mes vêtements pour ne pas etre en contact direct avec le lit. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Mais les chambres sont catastrophiques j’ai jamais dormi dans un hôtel aussi miteux pourtant je ne suis pas la première a dormir dans des hôtels 5 étoiles. Autant mettre meme 20€ de plus par nuit mais dormir dans un beau logement que ça. Meme les meubles hauts de la cuisine etaient manquants, et ceux qui restaient les portes etaient quasi cassés. Pour un hotel mogador c’est terrible.

The front desk staff was kind and supportive but the cleaning staff was inconsistent. The amenities were subpar (no microwave, just a hot plate, and no oven). But, the hotel itself had a calm atmosphere and a great location. Overall I would rate it a 3/5.

Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you Palmier residence for your hospitality.

The kitchen was very dirty and had a leak. The kitchen cabinets were almost falling apart. The rooms did not smell fresh. The windows didn’t close properly, causing a significant draft.

DO NOT! The apartment was terrible. We paid for 6pax but got a 4pax. I’m pretty sure they overcharged us on the local taxes too. The property was seriously run down. Rooms - very dark and dingy, they do not look like the photos. Could hear everything. Kitchen - the electric sockets and wires all fall off when you unplug. Fridge wasn’t working properly. The utensils not clean. The cabinet doors hanging on single hinges. Bathroom - toilet would constantly get blocked even with the toilet paper they provided. No hand towels, no floor mat, the shower leaked out. Hot water and the shower power was the only thing going for this accommodation. Cleanliness - they wouldn’t clean anything just made the beds. We had to ask them to take out the rubbish (from takeaway we ordered). Strangely they’d detach the shower head and leave it like that. Only provided with 3 towels for 5 people, took ages to bring up any towels. Not stayed in anything as terrible as this. Don’t be deceived by the photos and even the reception area, the rooms and service is terrible!
