We stayed 4 nights in Riad Kaiss and loved it. Very friendly staff and lovely accommodation close to many of the tourist attractions but far enough away from the souks to be quiet at night. Our room was spacious and had a large patio with outdoor seating, covered lounger and sunbeds. Lots of rustic features from a canopy bed to stained glass in some windows. It was great to be able to come in from the noise and activity of the shops to a tranquil haven where we could rest up before heading off again in the evenings.

Fantastic stay. Located in a quiet spot just a short walk to the main square. Very friendly staff who made our stay very comfortable. The staff arranged our sunrise balloon flight. This is a must and was an incredible experience with the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Highly recommend.

We stayed here over New Year and were impressed with the property, staff, location and food. The room was beautifully decorated and despite being on the ground floor, it was very quiet. Very beautiful Riad, staff are excellent. The Riad is located in one of the very busiest areas of Marrakesh, something to keep in mind when choosing somewhere to stay.

Narwan and Muhammad are Top Quality
Narwan and Muhammad were a credit to the place taking care of us impeccably. Food was very good too. I think the rooftop pool could have been lovely but it looked a bit grubby as did some of the roof top loungers. A TV in the room would have been nice as would a coffee maker but Narwan was very quick to bring excellent coffees from reception so not a big deal.
