“Sehr schönes Objekt in einem pitoreskem Dorf. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail kunstvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Zimmer, tolle Küche die alles bietet. Lediglich die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Am Anfang ging die Heizung nicht, das wurde aber einen Tag später prompt erledigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt. “This was the second time I stayed at Villa San Lorenzo (the first time was in 2012). While I LOVED it the first time, Clay has done some renovations on the whole property, inside and out of the villa structure, including adding 3-ish stunning acres of Nebbiolo vines, and one of my friends said, "Every inch of this place is so well-thought out and perfect!" “Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. Es gibt einen grossen Pool mit 4 Liegestühlen und einem Sonnenschirm, jedoch ohne Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit einem……

“We had a great stay in August. It was very hot so the air con throughout the property was most welcome. The property is well appointed and had all we needed. The pool was ideal for a cooling splash and lots of play with my daughter while her mum enjoyed the sun bathing. Alba is a very nice town with plenty of places to eat and discover the local produce and provided a great base to explore the area. Communication with Lorenza was excellent and easy to check in and was on hand if we needed……
