I stayed here for two nights and honestly for the price I expected more. The room was clean but quite small. Sofiane was great and very helpful in ensuring I was well settled in. One of the let downs was breakfast; for €30 I expected way more. Usually in 5 star hotels there is an abundance of choice and items but here they only really had bread, some pastries and some meats. They offer to make you eggs how you want but to be honest that was the only thing that was freshly made and offered to me. I wish I had gone out for breakfast instead.
The room was clean but could have been cleaner. The curtains were dirty and worn out. I expected a lot more amenities for a five star hotel. The complimentary tea and coffee in the room was basic - I excepted a proper nespresso machine with different favours of coffee pods to choose from. Instead it was a dupe - again, for 5 star hotel I expected more.
Having stayed in many 5 star hotels overall I found my stay very average and nothing that would stand out as a five star worthy hotel. Staff are friendly , location is good , but hotel is definitely not 5 star.
