不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Very poor cleanliness & customer service. Maybe a 2 star hotel. It's obvious the hotel condition is not being kept up properly. Our suite floors were filthy, sand in the rugs, hair and dirt, I wore shoes in our room the whole time it was apparent that they don't vacuum. The couch was dirty we had to put towels to sit down.
When we went up in our room the balcony floor had a big spill of some sort that was not cleaned. Our bathtub had stains and shower door handle was broken. Our phone was not working at all, I came downstairs and let them know about the balcony and phone, they let me know no one can fix the phone until the next day, never happened, we were there 3 nights and every morning I would ask them to fix the phone and it was still not repaired the day we checked out. I needed 2 plates for our room & the front desk told me to go into the breakfast area and ask for one myself, when I brought them upstairs I noticed that they gave me dirty dishes. I booked through Expedia & had breakfast paid for, even at check in it was confirmed. The second day of my stay at breakfast (very basic), I'm preparing my coffee two employee come up to me saying I didn't pay for breakfast and that I need to pay 23 euros right away or it will be charged to my room, she took me to the front desk with coffee in my hand & after 10min she said she made a mistake because she couldn't see Expedia bookings.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.
