“There was no Cable, or WIFI as stated in the listing. There was not running water as stated in the listing. The heating/AC unit was very poor and did not keep the house warm. There was dog hair all over the place, yet the listing stated pet free. There were leaks on the walls with brown streaks running down the walls that had not been tended to. The linens smelled as if they had not been washed. There were dead bugs all over the walls and windows in the bathroom. The bathroom and bedroom windows……

“We stayed here for our anniversary to be near Turkey Run and Shades. Very convenient to the parks. The home itself very cozy and well maintained. We were greeted with a sweet anniversary card and some yummy muffins. We definitely enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood as well. I do recommend this home and would rent again when we return to the area. ”

“Planned a trip for hiking at Turkey Run and just relaxing for a couple of days. When the dates came closer there were some weather alerts and warnings. We were very cognizant of the weather. But the owners went above and beyond. Wanting to make sure we were safe. The kindness that was shown was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this rental. The area and people are so welcoming. Would love to come back and visit!”

“We enjoyed this beautiful home only minutes from Turkey Run State Park. The home has been nicely updated. The furnishings are lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It is on a state road and the traffic can be heard in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again. ”
