“Was in town for family and found this place to stay for a good rate. This was a short trip for us but this house would work very well for a longer stay. Not far from Oklahoma City but far enough out that it is very relaxing. Also the owner stopped in as we got there just to check on an issue they were having with the drainage, no issues for us to stay but he also let us know that there would be someone out to work on it the next morning. Never even knew they were there working until we went to……

“We were in the area for family weekend at OSU but due to overcrowding in Stillwater had no choice but to stay in Guthrie. We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and charm of this little town. The apartment is in an excellent downtown location, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the property owner and neighbors were extremely hospitable.
