I was so sad to leave, and would love to return in the future. The George Washington National Forest is stunning, and this home is the perfect way to experience all of its beauty. ”

“Great place with everything you need and a cute pond to hang out at”

“After I small set back upon arrival our stay was wonderful. It's everything you want in an old farmhouse that has been very well updated from kitchen and bathroom supplies to linens and comforters everything is provided. Outdoor fireplaces and acres to explore. We were there for work but hoping to come back when we have more time to enjoy this beautiful home.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The back screened porch was an extra gathering area to hang out and talk about the highlights of plays after we got in from our softball tournament. This area was also equipped with a big screened TV. It was really nice. The house was very clean and well decorated. We will definitely consider staying again”

“Had a great stay over Thanksgiving at this cozy hilltop cabin in the woods. The cabin came with a full kitchen setup for meal prep, and a nice woodstove for the cool nights. We saw wild turkey, deer, and a blackbear. Great location to check out some of the local State parks for some hiking and the National Forests. My only complaint is the proximity to the freeway, with the traffic, but otherwise great location.”

“Amazing property and hosts. The home was amazing my grandmother aunt and uncle loved staying here during their visit gave them their own space from ours and this was their first time renting a house for a week it got them hooked and they are already talking about their next visit down.”

“Great older home on the west side of the city, well cared for and stocked. Great communication with the owner. You need to know it is on a very busy street, Loud traffic from 6am until 10pm everyday. The neighborhood is a bit dicey with homeless people sleeping on porches, stairs and sidewalks. People walking by asked for money, cigarettes and other things everyday. ”

“My family of adults ranging from 40s-80s stayed here so we would be close to local family celebrating a high school graduate. Instead of booking several hotel rooms, we opted to stay in a family home. Overall, it was a good experience and convenient to where we needed to be. The modern homey decor was a little over the top and somewhat garish, but did not deter from our visit too much as we spent most of our time out and about. The sub pump motor did wake us up the first night but was not an……
