The Cottage is surrounded by nature and located in a private area on the backside of 5 acres .
There is also a small barn in a central location that all guests can use. There are games inside, and there is a fire pit area with a comfortable swing.
Imagine a charming one-room gazebo cottage nestled in the countryside. Inside, a king-size bed with a stunning wood headboard takes center stage beneath a beautiful wood ceiling.
The cottage boasts a custom black walnut river dining table, an electric fireplace, a 65-inch TV with a soundbar. Your kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, pour-over, coffee grinder, and tea kettle. It comes with a starter supply of teas and coffee. Additionally, modern appliances, including a washer and dryer, are available. The bathroom features a luxurious, large emerald green tile shower with a rain shower head.
Step outside onto the screened porch with an outdoor tub, towel warmer, 2 chairs, fire table and a 55-inch TV .
The outdoor space includes a fire pit, a 2-seater swing, and two Adirondack chairs for enjoying the scenic surroundings.

- We do not allow any events or parties.
-Cell service is very spotty, but we have excellent WIFI.
- The cottage is surrounded by woods, so keep an eye out for insects, snakes and lizards.
- Bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come in from the outside. We do routine pest control. As long as you keep all the doors and windows shut, it will be more difficult for them to get inside. We are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for an occasional bug in the house.

The cottage is located on the backside of the 5 acre property.
We also have the “barndo” that is located on the front side of property. It sleeps 6 and is available for rent.
In the middle of the property, we have a campsite that is available for rent. It has water with 30 and 50 amp service. You can bring your own camper or we can set up ours for you.
