“I was a little skeptical when booking because of the low price of a suite. I mean, we all know the pictures are always way better than in person. “Very nice tiny house. I'm glad I wasn't taller. The exposed joists are a little low but if you're under 6'4" you will be fine. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for where our event was held. Definitely would recommend this for a nice relaxing stay in Springfield. ”

“The best part about this place is that it is about a 10-minute walk from downtown. The place is clean and has all the basics you need. Just a heads-up that the queen bed is a mattress in the closet that you drag out of the closet and set up in the living room. I did appreciate how the cabinets and the closet were labeled with a list of the contents. That saved time in looking through every cabinet! The house is a little bit old, but it is fixed up well. ”

“We truly enjoyed staying at this house and will stay again in the future! Everything was nice and we had restaurants and shops close by too, which was great! We also really loved having the 2 living room spaces as well because we used one as a playroom for our kids and my husband and I hung out in the other living room while the kids were sleeping because it was farther from the bedrooms and we didn’t have to worry about the noise from the tv.”

“Perfectly located near downtown restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would suggest the parking instructions be a bit more clear as we did not realize how far we would need to walk, so we parked in the 5 garage and it was much easier to get back and forth. You may want to let your guests know there are many of stairs and no elevator. Otherwise, now that we know how to access the building and parking, we know what to do. We will book again. ”
