“Neighborhood was quiet. Home was very clean. A little dated. Had all you need for a nice stay. Close to Meridian, Star, Eagle. Etc. nice to have 2 floors with TVs in bedrooms. All we needed was provided and then some. Apr’24. Some road construction so it throws off the gps and map programs. Be cautious on the map directions. Recommend the stay. ”

“My friend and I stayed here for the PBR, and it was the perfect size. Very spacious and comfortable for a smaller group to stay at! The only thing I’d say is it’s apart of a condo/housing complex so it isn’t super private! But that’s okay I totally recommend staying at the Ford Idaho Center Happy Place, if you are in town for a venue or event. It’s so close, convenient, and comfortable! ”

The host was gracious enough to let me check in early.I do however wish that the parking area was lit. That was a tiny bit off putting at night. “This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub but it was strange that there wasn’t a back fence, only side fences. So you can easily see into the neighbors backyard. Home was nice for three adults. Plenty of room for kids as well, but we didn’t have any with us. If we need to stay in Caldwell again we would rent this property. It was comfortable and quiet.”
