“This review is for the one bedroom, water front cottage (sister property). The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. I rely enjoyed the SMEG fridge and tea pot! Kellie was such a gracious host. The property is on a working boat yard so there will be people in and out. We were not bothered by this at all. Everyone was very friendly and non intrusive. A perk of this property is enjoying the barn view of the water with comfortable outdoor seating. Ate at a local restaurant “Cast” and……

“Great stay that exceeded our expectations. Beautiful space. Fun and kind host. Exceptionally neat. Perfect area - central and very calm. Great suggestions - restaurants and beaches and biking. Shower outdoors/stairs may be issue for older people but was a fun part for us.”

“I booked this property with my adult daughter. We were so looking forward to this trip. We were so disappointed in this property. We could barely move around each other for lack of room. There was no place to store our belongings which meant we had to use our suitcases, which took up even more room. I would only recommend this property if you are traveling by yourself and with VERY LITTLE luggage. On the bright side, the view is spectacular and there are lots of cute little places to eat nearby.……

“We were thrilled with our visit to Onset Beach. The house was delightfully pure New England, quaint,well appointed and in a marvelous area. Private and away from the chaos of the larger beach areas. Ample space for privacy yet enough family space for gathering. I hope to visit in warmer weather to take full advantage of all it has to offer thank you for sharing this property with us.”

“The property was exactly what was pictured. The deck was WONDERFUL, with an ocean view and clear screens to protect you from the wind. If your goal is to only sleep in the room then it is well designed, but if you plan to stay for more than two nights, and spend some of your time in the room reading and playing games, then you will be disappointed. It has been a few days, but I think there was only one chair. There is a small fridge but there were no tools for preparing a picnic lunch- no……

“Normally, I rent a large house with two or three couples; but this year we decided to take a last minute trip to MV for the Labor Day (2024) weekend. I was pleased to find a place at such short notice and at a reasonable price. This place did not disappoint! It is brand new, had everything that we needed; including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and linens. We were close to downtown Vineyard Haven. We were sorry we didn’t have more time to spend there, but would definitely come back again.……
