“Having friends that live in the community, we come to Lake Hartwell a lot. And our stay here was one of the best even with the effects of Hurricane Helene. We didn't have internet, but who needed it. We had the lake and a boat and perfect weather! The place was wonderfully decorated and maintained, and our families had so much fun celebrating our daughter's 3rd birthday. Communication was awesome even with the issues from the hurricane. “Perfect place for my husband and me as we visited our boys at Clemson University. Takes about 20-30 minutes to get to Clemson from the house. The size is perfect for two people. Shower is small--but that's to be expected. Hot water quickly and more than enough. FYI: bring soap. The bathroom had none at sink or in shower. I contacted host and she said they don't provide it. Thankfully we found dish soap. Lol. Refrigerator is large enough for game day food storage. We didn't use the washer or……
