“Located in the heart of Fort Collins, we chose the Armstrong to stay for my sister's graduation. It's centrally located, which was very convenient for getting around. We got to our hotel a little early, they were able to accommodate a slightly early check-in. They upgraded us and even gave us free parking, all of which was unexpected and very generous as we were not expecting anything like that! The room itself was very comfortable and we slept so well. The staff texted us updates of deals and……

“This our second time staying at The Flats and this time don’t disappoint. It’s very close to CSU campus and in a safe area. You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. We will always try and book one of these places whenever we’re in town.”

“Beautiful home in the most conveniant location. One block from downtown. Spacious comfortable room, wonderful breakfast, very clean, and warm staff. Loved it!”

“The house was incredible, perfect size for a weekend getaway for CSU graduation! Great space, you can hear the Thompson River flowing right in front of the house. We will definitely stay again, a little bit of a drive to Ft. Collins and very close to beautiful Estes Park, perfect location for our needs. ”
