“We spent two weeks visiting our adult kids who live in Fort Collins. Our 4 yr old and 8 yr old grandsons stayed with us. We appreciated the lower level (walk out) as kids do tend to run ;) The yard was also a bonus. Location was quick to Old Town, Lee Martinez Park and the Science and Discovery Center. Our host was responsive and this VBRO worked well for our extended stay.”

“In town for the marathon. Cottage is nicely equipped and thoughtfully designed. Kitchen is small but adequate for 2-4 people. Really appreciated the coffee, creamer and sugar available. Trash procedure is definitely different and you need to take time to locate and figure it out….Communication from property manager was excellent and well done. Cottage does not have central air but was comfortable with ceiling fan upstairs and window unit downstairs in the bedroom. Nice place for a short visit!”

“House was comfy, clean and just right. My daughter and I had a great time exploring old town, hiking at horsetooth, enjoying stargazing from the hot tub and making s’mores. Beds were comfy, house was quiet, kitchen well stocked. ”

“I stayed here for a week while completing a course at CSU. The property is cute, cosy, and clean. There is a nice outdoor seating area. While I didn’t have to cook meals as they were provided, you could cook basic meals (more than I expected given the size of the place). While the space was small, nothing major lacked. The entrance is off an alley way, so feels a bit strange at night, but I didn’t run into anyone or have any problems. Would stay again. This would be perfect for anyone wanting to……
