“The host is AMAZING. Never a time she didn’t answer when I had a question. Parking was great. It’s street parking but we never had an issue having a spot. The only thing I had an issue with is I would have loved a deadbolt on the main door for while we were sleeping. The automatic lock and pin pad on the door were nice but I could not figure out if it was locked on the outside or not. “We rented this home for a group of 10 friends and overall we enjoyed our stay. The theater room upstairs is by far the highlight, but the pool table and hot tub were also well used. The home is definitely a little neglected. It almost seems like a model home that was never lived in but the garage shows signs of a full time resident. “House was clean and immaculate. Host has done well to put a modern twist on a ‘historical’ home. Neighborhood is older and may be considered ‘rough’ by a few, but we had no problems. It was close to Franciscan, shopping, and grocery, very convenient! If you have problems w stairs, I don’t recommend you stay here. Would def stay again! ”
