Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. ”

“This home was very comfortable!! Loved the open floor plan and space to be able to spread out. My family had an amazing thanks giving dinner here, kitchen accommodated everything, even had a foil turkey pan awaiting my arrival!! Perfect!! My only complaint was sink drainage was very sluggish, had to wash dishes by hand because when I filled dishwasher and started it, It started quickly leaking all over floor. Other than that our stay was amazing!!! Had a great time!!”

“Story Land was the primary destination during our stay, and the cottage made travelling there quick and easy. It was also a breeze going to Schouler Park by way of back roads. The typical traffic congestion on the main road had no impact on us during our stay. The cottage itself is super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for the night we cooked in. We never felt cramped, especially with the large playroom towards the rear of the cottage. We won't hesitate to book again. ……

The property was beautiful, BJ (owner/manager) was super responsive…even going out of his way to get us in well ahead of check-in time. All in all it was a great experience. “Incredible location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and down the street from Cranmore. The backyard/grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit and looking out at the mountain views. There is a lot of space and the house seemed sound proof, which was nice since we were with family and kids ranged from age 2-10! The library was so cozy. The beds could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was perfect! ”
