“Wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. Google maps puts you on an adjacent street without access to the driveway, but that was easily figured out. Team managing the property were responsive and helpful. Cabin part of the home was a little smokey smelling, but that is to be expected with a real fireplace. Dishwasher could use some servicing but was functional.Would definitely book this place again.”

“We only spent a night but wish it could have a been a week. The cabin is nestled into a green valley on a nice sized pond with beavers and frogs. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed, with plenty of room for our family of five. Clean communication from the host. Can't wait to return.”

“The cabin is very nice, clean and beautiful location. Inside was very nice. It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area to the cabin. Perhaps the owner could invest in a cart of some sort to help with this, especially for older clients.”

“My son had an event at Radford and I had a wirk meeting at Tech - so I decided to stay local for the week rather than travel back and forth to Richmond. This was the perfect place! As pictured and described - with everything working properlyBesides peace and quiet, I got to "know" the young deer that frequently crossed the road or stood beside the road in the field. My little doggie and I fed the donkeys some fruit - which also helped the overall feel of enjoying the country. Although the roads……

“We had a great time on our winter mountain vacation at Sweetwater.”

“The cabin provided a great base to explore Floyd and the surrounding area. Very clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to decompress. Morning yoga and coffee on the deck were a great way to start the day. So many birds. At night we had incredible starry skies. ”

"I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many cockroaches in such a cold weather. This was obviously unusual. I knew that the price was already affordable. I didn't expect too much, but in the water Cockroaches really scared me. I can't imagine what would happen if I drank it. I hope the hotel manager should pay attention to this problem and can't imagine what the summer here will be like."
