“The seemingly small cottage was deceptively large and well appointed on the inside. We also have a historic home so we loved the mix of original and contemporary additions. The screened in porch was especially delightful on a warm summer night. The location couldn’t be beat. Very pleased with all aspects!”

“Loved the Tiny House! We celebrated our Anniversary at Dutch’s and our Golden Retriever loved the dog beach at the State Park. The owners really thought of everything to make you feel right at home. ”

“5th time here, and it did not disappoint, as usual!! The setting is perfect, with lots of areas to unwind and of course, the waterfront dock is the highlight! Super comfy sectional for stretching out after a long day and the large bathroom and living areas definitely make for a surprising amount of space indoors!! The owners Tina and John ( and their little dog too…) are 5 Star welcoming and bring their own personality to the place since they live in the house next door. Just a special property……

“I only had a slightly wider view of the water from a kayak- the panoramic view from the deck was peaceful and beautiful from first light to sunset (though the night coasts were relaxing as well). Inside was clean and had nice decorative touches. We had all we needed to cook in when we did. Easy to walk or ride around and an easy drive to surrounding attractions.We'll be back!”
