“A mon arrivée, la chambre qui m'a été attribuée dégagait une mauvaise odeur. J'ai donc demandé à être attribuée à une autre chambre. On m'a alors dit : on va vous "upgrader"...ce que je n'avais pas demandé. On ne m'a aucunement renseigner que des frais pourraient m'être chargés. Aussi lorsque j'ai quitté, hier matin, j'ai demandé une fiche résumant mon séjour..on a refusé sous prétexte qu'Expédia se chargait de tout...par la suite j'ai constaté que des frais additionnels de plus de $81.00……
