“Really interesting two floor historic/antique rental that is almost done with a restoration project. Some very beautiful modern remodeling. The top floor is very big with a second kitchen, tons of floor space and a ping pong table. Owner was VERY quick to handle an issue with a door that got stuck closed. Internet is a bit slow, but that's due to the area . A little expensive considering the property values in the area. I'd recommend if you want to stay near the "downtown" area. ”

“The apartment worked well for our family, was clean, and adequately stocked with supplies. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain during our stay, so walking to the Delmar loop wasn't an option, and there weren't many restaurants or places to shop less than a mile away. Also, it was too early in the season for the trolley. The Metrolink was close-by, so we were able to get downtown easily.”
