“The first thing we noticed was how well kept it was. The layout gives the unit a bigger feel, yet is still cozy for a couple. The owner was most accommodating for us. Our fight in was late and we got to the property late but she was gracious and welcoming. We got a thorough walk through. The view from the lanai is great for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Overall a great stay and would book again.”

“We loved staying at Neptune's Grotto. Our room was completely updated, very clean and the decor was charming. The bed was Very Comfortable, and the TV and appliances worked with no issues. It was a charming piece of old Florida. Wish we could have spent more time on the property and by the water. ”

“It would be fine for a short stay, certainly not a long stay as we did. The apt. Was a renovated garage attached to the homeowners home. We had no outside space at all. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small. I really doubt we would go this route again.”

“Mattresses and pillows were pretty under whelming. Otherwise apt. was clean and comfortable.”

“The pictures were good but you can not see that the floor slopes or that there are soft spots in the floor. I knew that the trailer was old. But it didn't have to look old or smell old. I'm not being picky there are issues but not too hard to over come if you set your mind to it. The bed was comfy, the water was hot and had good pressure. The location was good. Pretty much everything outside needed some wet N forget and I wouldn't use the fan on the screen porch if it were a 100 degrees outside.……
