“The views from the property were fantastic and had direct sun on the balcony most of the day, the way the property is designed will be the same for everyone. The pool and terrace were great, very private. Staff were polite and helpful, all communal areas and apartments were clean. We ate one night and the food was nice, we washed clothes which was massively handy. The only issue we had was a faulty air-con in one of the rooms but were given a fan to help. Would stay again for sure. ”

“Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. “I booked with Neptuno for a seven night stay as I was looking for somewhere away from the noise of the main clubs and it had the option of self-catering. “Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room.
