“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. “This is a very nice hotel. It’s clean, the maintenance staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. The location is the best. The gym is much better than what it’s shown in the pictures. It has nice equipment and is very clean. The con is that there is no elevator from the parking structure but they provide nice staff that helps with the bags. And, the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that internet was really bad: it was very slow and spotty! Thank you for the stay and the maintenance……

“Pro: Excellent location Cons: Poor communication. Less than 24 hrs before arrival we were not given any information regarding check-in. Once we arrived there was no fob and key in the key box. False advertising and photos. Our unit was occupied by someone else due to a double booking and they wanted us to deal with Expedia. We booked two bedroom appartment as we were a group of three adults. What we got was one bedroom and a sofa. ”
