“The hotel is located right near Masjid an Nabawi, which makes this hotel popular. The hotel is very old, dated, the aesthetic and amenities feel antiquated from the late 90s. Service was friendly, housekeeping was helpful and the elevators were quick. Check-in took about 20/25 min and there was only 1 person in front of me, took a while, they had 5-6 people on reception but it was very slow. Near a supermarket, lost of food places, very central location, ideal hotel.”

“The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The Room was Perfect and very spacious. It was 10 min drive from the Harram and easy to get to. I Will definitely Book again. Over all I was very happy with this hotel. ”

“I give this property 7 stars. The rooms are bigger than suites and they cleaned the carpets with shampoo while i was there. The staff is so friendly and even delivered chocolates with coffee to my room. I will always stay thete every time I visit Madinah. ”

“Not bad for a new hotel. Got great prices from expedia. Unfortunately - Quite far from masjid nabawi/Haram so you will need tsxi/transportation every time. (NO SHUTTLE) Cleaning stafff excellent at what they do. Only issue is sometimes even when I left the green light ON for cleaning, the whole day would go by & no cleaning? Idk if it's because I am not in in the room or what. 7.4/10 if I had to rate it overall. ”
