“The greeter wasn't very friendly because our reservation wasn't on the screen yet he wanted to charge us full price and he had to ask for help. The second greeter Denada on the otherhand was very friendly and patient enough to wait for our reservation to come up on the screen. Then after check in he showed us our room and how to work the tv. ”

“Spent 2 nights and am very glad we found this hotel. We were very comfortable. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was great. Our daughter enjoyed the pool. The community was fun with great restaurants and things to see. We are planning on making Fredericksburg a stopping point when traveling from coast to coast. We will definitely return to the hotel.”

“It’s an older motel that is keep very clean and very tidy. It doesn’t have the luxury of your name brand motels. If you’re looking for an economical price and spend a comfortable night this is the place. Our room had a king bed, refrigerator, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron/board, ice vending machine, color tv, small dining table with chairs. If you need anything the owners are there to assist you. ”

“The whole place was nice & peaceful. We liked the views of the water & seeing the deer. Plus our bungalow enclosure was comfy & clean. The only problem we had was the zipper to our “front door,”the seam was tearing & so it wouldn’t close. When we put the second cover for the door it helped a bit, but the zipper at the bottom kept getting stuck where the broken seam was at & it could not close all the way so we had to cover it with our luggage. The other thing was there were ants all over the……

“This property has absolutely gorgeous views. It has an old world Spanish Mexican mix feel you would not expect in hill country. The main limiting factor is there is not any lunch or dinner options Sunday through Thursday. You would need to drive into town or be very creative with the food supplies you bring with you. ”
