"It started by being difficult to get a reply from the owner while booking. On arrival,we were not expected. The owner did arrive, apologised for the mix up and made an effort to clean it, but we just wanted to relax after a 4 hour drive on Christmas Eve. He perhaps didn't have enough time to clean ..."
