“Overall we had a good experience staying in the Marmot cabin. Yes, it is small, and my wife and I had to sometimes dance around each other but it was fully expected from the description. It is a very cute cabin, perfect for solo trips or couples. It is a very short walk to the river and we could here the river from our cabin. Estes Park is just a short 3 minute drive and either of the RMNP entrances are 15 minutes away. I would say the only negative thing (although some people may love……

“Overall, happy with this condo for the stay! It was at a great location close to downtown Estes Park. Pet And family friendly. It was a little hot due to no AC, but the property manager had plenty of fans, as well as noted to mitigate the heat. Would recommend staying here, and would stay here again!”

“Everything about this property was as advertised or better. We were there June 1-7. It truly is 5-7 min from Elkhorn Ave, and about the same distance to the Stanley Hotel. The hill wasn't even steep. Also close to the Centennial open space, even had a few elk. The house is idyllic. A local beer in front of the fireplace, a dinner on the deck with views of Lumpy Ridge, all lovely. Nothing like sleeping with mountain air coming in the windows. ”

“The property was great! From the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor dining spaces, we had beautiful views with very well-appointed amenities. We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded. ”

“We loved staying at this cabin in Estes! It had everything we needed, was comfortable, and super close to both town and rmnp without feeling crowded! Would definitely recommend! ”

“It was a very nice cabin right on the river. Being unfamiliar with the area, I did think that the house was going to be more remote than it actually was, and you can’t really see the river while sitting inside the house. (Both of these things the owner obviously cannot control). We did have some elk come into the yard and saw an otter while playing in the river, which was awesome! Overall a nice house and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. ”

“Excellent location, close to everything! The hosts were wonderful and the property was the cozy and quaint. ”

“My family of 4 found this simple, clean cabin the perfect resting spot for our weekend. It’s conveniently located to Rocky Mountain NP and Estes Park and has great views of the mountains. We even saw an elk by the driveway when we pulled up!”

“Our family loved this quaint cabin. Great location, as it was close to downtown and RMNP. We saw elk and turkey in the yard. There is no AC, but opening the windows made it comfortable in June. The house is filled with modern, new appliances and was very clean. We would stay here again!”
