“This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. We had 22 people and each group had their own area but we gathered daily in the main dining area. We grilled out, had a chef come and fix us dinner and several days of pit luck. Daily trips to the surrounding hilltop towns of Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Sienna, and Florence one day. You definitely need a car but that gave all of us options. We rented in Perugia and others chose to rent cars in Rome and Sorrento. The property is well maintained……

“Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!”

Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. “We’ve always wanted to experience the Italian way of life and spending a month in Todi was the ideal vacation. Away from the crowds, beautiful countryside, friendly people and comfortable living. This house gave us all that…it is an older house but we adjusted very quickly to the ebbs and flows of it. It had everything we needed and was very well maintained.Past reviews mentioned the hill to town, this is not to be underestimated, it’s a hike but you do get used to it and the bonus is you’ll be……

“We enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the area. It was a very beautiful location and less crowds. Adele was a great host and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was nicely furnished. The table on the patio was a favorite location for relaxing. It is a great place to stay with a car. The parking is convenient and taking day trips in Umbria was easy from the location. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Umbria.”
