“Amazing location with a beautiful view of the ocean. It's so peaceful without cars outside, you just hear noises of people and kids walking around or dining out. The apartment was very nice with 3 terraces and a kitchen. ”

“Unforgettable stay in a fabulous, historic setting. We were celebrating a special birthday with friends and couldn’t have found a more perfect, relaxed setting in which to enjoy the occasion.The apartments and grounds provide ample space for a large party with a backdrop of the Tuscan countryside and view of the Appian Alps. The hosts are kind and considerate, and the meal we had catered by the staff was lovely. Every day was an adventure walking in nature, by lakes, forests, swimming or hanging……

“We had a great stay, was a little hesitant on arrival as we were driving away from the beach (as expected) and through what would be considered more industrial surroundings. Once past we arrived at the blissful Montepepe. A very peaceful boutique wine farm. Not sure how many can stay at hotel but at any given time there were about 4 or 5 tables at breakfast. The pool is great and relatively quiet as most go out for the day. Rooms were great, good aircon, lovely high ceilings. Didn't try the……

“Property is beautiful. Lots of space and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and outside space was amazing. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end of a day out. Only slight negative is the access which others have mentioned but for the views and solitude it is necessary I guess! Lots of places to explore close by and not far from Pisa airport. Fabrizio was a wonderful host, the welcome basket was amazing. He was always……

“De accommodatie lag hoog in het dorp, met onze auto (SUV), beetje spannend om er te komen. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk, de eigenaresse sprak goed Engels, en was goed bereikbaar via whats-app. Binnen stond een fles wijn, met glazen waarop stond 'Best Friends", als ontvangst en bij vertrek kregen we een flesje zelfgemaakte olijfolie mee. Wij hebben een fantastische fietsroute gevonden naar Lucca op, jawel: een fietspad, gescheiden van de rijweg. Verder was het uitzicht prachtig.”
