“We were in Chios for a family wedding. Most family members stayed in Komi. We were a little bit removed from the group, but we rented a car so all was fine. In fact, I swam every day at the beach below the property (Lilikas Neach) and our family really enjoyed “our” beach much more than the more crowded Komi Beach. There is also a friendly bar/cafe at Lilikas Beach (Viri Carpe Diem). Many in our group met up there in the afternoons. As for the house, the kitchen is large and functional, air……

“The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The village was very quiet and peaceful. Nowhere to eat or grocery shop but the next village over had stores. A car is a must…..the location was great. Close to beaches and archeological sites. Would stay here again.”

“Im Ferienhaus von Roula muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage sehr ruhig und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft schön. Beim Einschlafen und Aufwachen hört man das Meer rauschen und es gibt einen eigenen kleinen Weg hinunter zum Strand. Mitte September war der Strand menschenleer und ich hatte ihn ganz für mich allein. Roula war immer erreichbar und die Übergabe von Schlüssel und Haus waren völlig unkompliziert. Auch gibt Roula……

Direct access to the beach and its facilities, although there is no village/shops within walking distance (you'll need a car). Bedrooms (not shown on pictures): one master bedroom with double bed and one with a single plus bunk bed. Well equipped.”

“The staff was amazing in every way. They are so welcoming and helpful all the time. There is a nice beach just 100 m away and it was beautiful. You can go to chios with bus or taxi in 10 minute time. There are two really nice restaurant and cafes near the beach. The facilities are ok for us. We weren’t expecting 5 star hotel so there is no disappointment for us. Thanks for having us and see you next year. ”
