Master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, other two rooms have 2 large full size bunk beds. Down stairs has open concept kitchen and living room with 60in smart TV with local channels. Leather couch has Queen sleeper sofa is brand new comfy memory foam no hard springs mattress! Kitchen and living room opens to nice large open deck over looking the water, your fishing pier, and dock/bbq/fishing area downstairs. Kitchen and living room also faces West Bay so the sunsets are your perfect view every night! The dock and concrete patio downstairs area for BBQ and fishing is right on the water so you can have fishing poles in at the same time! Bring your boat or kayaks! Dock your boat easily at the house. Great Location- 5 Minutes to beach, house centrally located for fishing East or West Matagorda Bay and Gulf of Mexico. If your family likes to ski, the Colorado River is perfect and wide for tubing/wake boarding or beaching your boat to get out, swim and chill! Only 1/8 mile to boat ramp. Just minutes to town or beach! Great location! Beautiful sunsets! Great Fishing! Lights for night fishing on the pier, fish cleaning table, BBQ Pit, and comfy beds included. Incredible A/C, stays super cold even on the hottest days! Full size washer and dryer work great! Bring your beach towels, fishing gear, toiletry items, food and you are all set! No smoking inside the house, no pets allowed, that will forfeit the deposit and add additional cleaning charges. Cigarette butt receptacle provided downstairs. You are responsible for disposing your trash. $25 trash removal fee per bag. $300 Deposit. 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum holiday weekends. Weekly Rate is Discounted. No diving off the dock, swim at your own risk. No confetti, glitter or hanging things on walls with tape or push pins or nails of any kind, boat lift not for renter use. Check in 4pm, check out 11am. Exceptions available upon requests.
